I love working with students and helping them to succeed.  In my 20+ years of teaching students English/ELA some of my proudest professional moments have been helping students achieve their academic goals.  The excitement of the 'ah-ha' moment, when a student truly grasps a concept which moves them closer to their goal, is so gratifying. 

I specialize in test prep (SAT, the Advanced Placement English tests and GED), the writing process and resume and cover letter writing.
